Synopsis[]
The TARDIS materialises in Stratford-Upon-Avon to find the streets empty and abandoned, but in the year 2019 - this isn't possible, it should be bustling. As the Doctor and Iriel investigate further, they find the last few remnants of humanity in the town, living in total fear of that which they will not speak of.
Intrigued by the mystery, the Doctor decides to stay awhile and when she does, she begins to unravel a plot because something strange is happening here. And for some unknown reason, it's all connected to William Shakespeare. But worst of all, there is one thing she is told from everyone that she meets. One consistent tale. A dark warning. No matter what happens, no matter how scared you might be.
Never, ever step foot into the streets at night.
